A Bat Swing Analyzed
"This player engages their arms too early in the swing. This type of improper sequencing limits adjustability and energy transfer, and as such this player should work on sequencing drills to initiate their swing with their pelvis, while delaying their arms to create tension in their upper body."
A Pitch Analyzed
"This player has an improper sequencing leading their pitching motion with their upper half. This introduces instability, reduces energy transfer and increases the risk for injury. To help improve this the player should focus on sequencing and hip-shoulder separation drills."
